Post subject: Apache - Active Directory - Singel Sign On
Archived from groups: alt>apache>configuration (more info?)

Hi!

Situation -

Client side:
Windows, Logged in NT user and Internet Explorer.

Server side:
Windows, Apache, Polopoly webapp.

Is it possible to configure Apache, like IIS, to use
"Integrated NT Authentication" against the AD?

If so - does Apache run the request under that user?
(I think I can get Polopoly to figure out hwo is running)

And if not authenticated, can Apache run under a default user?

The webapp has different functionality depending on logged in or not.

Thanks in advance!
/LD
