Accessing IIS

I have a iis application installed in a (win2kprofessional
system) webserver (Intranet). I want to access the that
application in another system through webbrowser both are
in same domain.
Then it's giving error, you are not authorized to view the
document..

could you pl. provide the guidelines how can achieve this .
