Access to web page with IIS 5

In the article Q222028 on Microsoft Site, it is writen that such authentification doesn't work whitout AD, with IIS 5.0 and Windows 2K . We have a simply Nt domain and it may be the pb. Have you heard anything about ?

Windows Integrated requires a valid user/password on the server, and
won't work outside of Internet Explorer. Additionally, you have to
configure access for the uer or group on the system.

Windows Authentication works fine without AD, I think you've misread
the article and the context of it.
