Access internet website from intranet homepage

Hi MY comapny uses Apache 1.3 on Slackware Linux. We have a intrant
website. Some of pages of intrant website is link with external
website. How can I give access to those link to a user who doesn't have
access to outside website through intanet webserver.

Configuring correctly the firewall. If he desn't have access to
the external world is a problem with policy and not with Apache,
ask the sysadmin.
