I am attempting to load a portal application and it is
failing to initialize.

When entering to application once install is complete, no
aspx pages will load within the VD in IIS.

I recieve a "page not found" error or a blank page.

Hi,

Did you set the ASP.NET page as the default document?

What happens if you type <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://localhost/site.aspx" target="_blank">http://localhost/site.aspx</a> manually?

Sounds like there's something wrong with the script. Try re-installing it,
and if that doesn't work, then contact tech support for the script
