ASP hosting on .Net Framework 1.1

Thanks for your response.

When I try to access the web site, first page is HTML page, just showing a
message and redirecting to asp page. That message from html page is shown
and then error is displayed: you may can try from this link:
<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://203.170.71.77:82/" target="_blank">http://203.170.71.77:82/</a>

After looking into events log, I found following error:

The server failed to load application '/LM/W3SVC/4/Root'. The error was 'No
such interface supported
'.
For additional information specific to this message please visit the
Microsoft Online Support site located at:
<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.microsoft.com/contentredirect.asp." target="_blank">http://www.microsoft.com/contentredirect.asp.</a>

This error is appended into the events log, whenever I'm trying to access
this application.

It is possible that ASP itself is not working. Here is what I would suggest doing while following this article:

1) create a simple html page that displays text <test.htm>
2) create a smiple asp page that displays text <test.asp>
