I remember finding an ASP forum script on its own website, about 4-5 months
ago. The website was mainly blue, and the forum was called "Simple Forum" or
something like that. It was simple, no moderation or any of the other
frills, but it was free to use. I failed to put it in my Favourites folder -
does anyone have any idea which forum it might have been?

LOL: from that description?
Try here: <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.google.com/search?q=free+asp+forum+script" target="_blank">http://www.google.com/search?q=free+asp+forum+script</a>
come back if you find a good one. I need one for a project next week and I
don't have time to code one from scratch.

I used to use an asp forum called boardX - that pretty much sounds like the
thing you are talking about. The web site was <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.rule88.com" target="_blank">http://www.rule88.com</a> - but
it doesn't appear to be there anymore. To quote from the included text
file: "ASP BoardX is a simple, single threaded message board system that is
designed to allow your
visitors to interact with each other in a quick and efficient manner."
Anyway, I have a copy of that forum that I could send to you if you want to
give it a look?
