After an ASP lockup on this web (in its own app pool) i ran the standard
IISState log dump. Basically the ASP page just looks like its going to load
but never actually does. Im guessing its the Jet bug but i need to confirm
that. There is a lot more to the IISState log for this, i only pasted the
