Post subject: ASP Properties - Is this valid?
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>inetserver>iis (more info?)

Hi

Hope someone can shed some light on this....

In the "Web Site" properties tab on my IIS 6, the ASP.NET version
(default version?) is listed as 1.1.4322.

However the file location is C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework
\v2.0.50727\config\web.config.

This seems wrong to me, even though I have ASP 1 and 2 installed.
Surely if the default version is 1.1, the file location should be
version 1.1 of the framework?

Also can anyone tell me why the "Edit Configuration" button is greyed
out?

Many, many thanks in advance

- Rich
