ASP.NET - IIS 5.x

Debuging an ASP.NET (C#) application running at the server
site IIS 5.0
I receive this error again and again:
"Error while trying to runn project: Unable to start
debugging on the web server. The debugger is not properly
installed.
Run setup to install or repair the debugger".
Some idea about it.
