I am trying to setup a change password page for an intranet web site
following the KB article 269082. I have setup the virtual directory and set
the PasswordChangeFlags on my site to 1 (Password Changing allowed on
non-secure ports). When I go to the aexp.htr page on a server that doesn't
have https enabled though, the aexp.htr page displays the following text:

Internet Service Manager
for Internet Information Server 6.0

Your password has expired.

A secure channel ( SSL or PCT ) is necessary in order to change a password.

SSL/PCT is not installed/enabled on your system, please install it to enable
this functionality.

Access default document or select another document.



I am running Win2k SP4 on the server. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
