Post subject: How to give an AD user rights to Stop and Restart IIS 5.0
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>inetserver>iis (more info?)

I need to give an user rights to logon to the server and start and
restart the IIS Service without being an Administrator. I used cacls
to give them full rights to inetinfo.exe but that didn't do it. What
other rights does the user need?

Thanks in Advance,
