Post subject: 1-900 billing

I'm looking for a payment processor who can accept payment via 1-900
calls. I'm selling memberships for a web site, but it's not adult
related content. I need to charge $6 per subscription. So far I've
found verotel but they have a minimum transaction value of $8.95 and
ibill, but I'm put off by their 6 month retention of funds from 1-900
sales.

any others out there?
