404 error on a certain webpage...

I'm getting an error msg on my server with this one page within a frame on
my website:

The requested URL /news-1.htm was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an
ErrorDocument to handle the request.

My server has the following capabilities:
