Spaces are not valid URLs. Never have been. Just because some software
tolerates it doesn't mean its how it should work. Over the long run, you
should try to avoid using spaces.
Normally though, they should work. Chances are your security setup is not
allowing the recursion required to do that, or blocking one or more
character sequences.
