Can I make a border for the whole page using css?

So it sits on the browser edges like width 100%, height 100%
yet have it be a color and a 3d effect?

I tried using a regular table with a border amount # but when I bordercolor
it's just flat.
Don't want to use a table if at all possible.

Just view the source of the samples/index.htm page, it's all
there - css and html.

It looks fairly identical in IE 6 SP1, Advant 9.01, Mozilla 1.4,
Mozilla Firefox 0.8, Netscape 7.1 and Opera 7.11. The Mozilla's
and Netscape change the border colors slightly is all.

Don't even try it in Netscape 4.x though! It breaks.

Erm Yes, use the body tag, not quite sure the correct CSS, but apply it to
the body...
