Hi, thanks for your prompt reply.

No, I meant the IIS Crash/Hang Agent & IIS Dump Version
1.1 (IISDebugTools.EXE) downloaded from
<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?" target="_blank">http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?</a>
FamilyID=01c4f89d-cc68-42ba-98d2-
0c580437efcf&DisplayLang=en

I recommended this tool to my client but they feedback
that they couldn't download this tool in their server as
their server is protected against installation of non-32-
bit applications. Seems that current IISDebugTools.EXE is
a non-32 bit application. I just wonder that there is
another newer version of IISDebugTools which is 32-bit.

Thanks,
HongLan
